Hotel / General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our boutique hotel in Navi Mumbai. If you are a hands-on leader with a proven track record in hotel operations and sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all day-to-day hotel activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Spearhead sales strategies, manage bookings, and drive revenue growth in both Rooms and Banquet sales.

• Performance Tracking: Utilize and analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize pricing, and maximize occupancy and banquet utility.

• Team & Resource Management: Manage staff performance and oversee F&B operations with sound kitchen knowledge to ensure quality standards are met.

• Accountability: Take full ownership of the property’s performance, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a boutique hotel setting.

• Strong background in both Rooms and Banquet sales with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.

• Deep understanding of hotel operations, including front office and kitchen/F&B workflows.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for daily operations.
