Hiring Alert | Relationship Manager – Banca Channel
We are hiring for a leading life insurance company for the role of Relationship Manager – Banca Channel associated with Indian Post Payments Bank (IPPB).
📍 Location: Panvel / Alibag
💰 CTC: Up to 4 LPA
👤 Experience: 1+ year in Sales preferred | Freshers can also apply
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers and branch staff
* Generate life insurance business through the banca channel
* Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
* Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* Conduct customer meetings and provide excellent service support
* Coordinate with bank partners for lead generation and conversion
Eligibility:
✔️ Graduation preferred
✔️ Sales experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, or any sales domain preferred
✔️ Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
✔️ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
