Cluster Sales Manager - Growth - Prayagraj - Civil Lines - JM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Drive disbursal targets for the assigned region across product lines (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans).
Identify and onboard high-potential DSAs.
Strengthen and scale the DSA network in the region.
Monitor and improve DSA performance to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
2. Team Management
Lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Officers.
Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide necessary training and mentoring.
Monitor productivity metrics and drive field discipline.
3. Channel Management
Maintain strong relationships with DSAs.
Ensure prompt resolution of DSA issues and grievances.
Monitor DSA payout structure and ensure cost efficiency.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policy and regulatory norms.Monitor delinquency and coordinate with collections to ensure portfolio health.
Conduct regular audits and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity, market trends, and provide inputs for product and policy enhancements.
Recommend improvements based on field feedback.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
