Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounts, sales entries, purchase entries, and expense records.Prepare invoices, quotations, GST bills, and payment receipts accurately.Track dealer payments, pending collections, and outstanding balances.Maintain stock-related accounting coordination with godown and sales teams.Handle GST filing, tax documentation, and financial compliance activities.Prepare monthly sales reports, profit/loss summaries, and financial statements.Coordinate with management regarding cash flow, expenses, and business planning.Verify bank transactions, online payments, and account reconciliations.Maintain organized records of bills, vouchers, purchase documents, and customer accounts.Support smooth financial operations for distribution activities across Kerala.
