Job Description – Relationship Officer – Home Loan (RO-HL)Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is hiring Relationship Officers – Home Loan (RO-HL). Candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, field sales, promoting Home Loan products, understanding customer financial requirements, collecting required documents, coordinating for loan processing, and following up until disbursement. Candidates must be graduates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC or BFSI. Good communication and customer-handling skills are required.
