Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive who can call potential clients, explain our services, generate leads, book demos, and convert interested clients. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle client questions professionally.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall new leads and explain company services clearly.
- Generate interest for demo sessions and client meetings.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily calling reports and lead status.
- Understand client requirements and guide them properly.
- Explain basic information about demat account, trading services, and automation software as per company training.
- Handle objections politely and convince clients for demo or account opening.
- Coordinate with senior team members for client conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professional communication with all clients.
