Handle inbound & outbound customer service calls
Resolve customer queries with excellent service quality

Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards

✅ HSC / Graduate – Freshers (Eligible for UK Telecom Process)
✅ HSC / Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of any experience (Eligible for Banking Process)
