Telesales Executive - Personal & Business Loans (Voice Process)
About the Role: We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers to introduce and sell our competitive Personal and Business Loan products. This is a high-energy, voice-process sales position with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and potential customers.
· Understand customer needs and financially profiles to recommend the best fit between Personal and Business loans.
· Present loan features, benefits, and current interest rates in a persuasive and professional manner.
· Effectively handle customer objections and close loan application bookings.
· Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales and connectivity targets.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
· Collaborate with the documentation team for smooth loan processing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector or specifically with loan products.
· Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass. Graduates preferred.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Persuasive and influential speaking style.
· Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, sales closure abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Basic knowledge of financial terms.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Fixed Salary: Upto ₹15,000/- per month (In-hand).
· Incentives: Highly Rewarding Tier-Based Incentive Structure.
