Job Description
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Showcase diamond and jewellery collections professionally.
Explain product features, diamond quality, pricing, and certification details to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle billing coordination and basic stock checking.
Maintain showroom display and cleanliness.
Follow up with customers for repeat business and references.
Support festive promotions and in-store marketing activities.
Maintain proper product knowledge and market trends.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewellery products.
Presentable personality and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualification
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Jewellery/Diamond industry experience preferred.
