Job Description

We are looking for a Growth Manager who will own the client journey end to end — converting leads before and after their consultation calls, and delivering a high-quality after-sales experience that turns first-time clients into loyal, repeat customers. This is a revenue-owning role: you will be measured on call-to-sale conversion, repeat purchase rate, and client retention. You will work closely with our therapists, astrologers, and marketing team from our office.


Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Call Conversion (Before the Consultation)

  • Engage inbound leads from ads, social media, WhatsApp, and website enquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Understand each client's concern (therapy or astrology) with sensitivity and recommend the right consultant, package, or session type
  • Book, confirm, and reduce no-shows for consultation calls through structured reminders and follow-ups
  • Handle pricing questions, hesitations, and objections empathetically to maximize booked and paid consultations
  • Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status in the CRM / tracking sheets

2. Post-Call Conversion (After the Consultation)

  • Follow up with clients after their first session or free/discovery call to convert them into paid packages, multi-session plans, or premium services
  • Recommend suitable upsells and cross-sells (e.g., extended therapy plans, detailed astrology reports, remedies, follow-up readings) based on the consultant's guidance
  • Recover and re-engage dropped or undecided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email nurture flows
  • Coordinate with therapists and astrologers to ensure smooth handovers and accurate post-session recommendations

3. After-Sales Service & Retention

  • Act as the single point of contact for existing clients — rescheduling, session support, payment issues, and general queries
  • Run structured feedback collection after sessions; resolve complaints and escalations quickly and empathetically
  • Drive repeat bookings, renewals, and referrals through relationship-building and periodic check-ins
  • Manage refunds/adjustments as per company policy while protecting client trust
  • Track retention, repeat-purchase, and satisfaction metrics; share weekly reports and improvement ideas with management

4. Growth & Process Ownership

  • Continuously improve sales scripts, follow-up cadences, and WhatsApp/email templates based on what converts
  • Work with marketing on lead quality feedback, offers, and campaigns for repeat clients
  • Build simple SOPs so the pre-sales, post-sales, and support processes can scale with the team


What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or growth roles — ideally in wellness, healthcare, coaching, or consultation-based services
  • Strong communication skills with high empathy, especially handling sensitive personal conversations
  • Comfort working with CRM/tracking tools and structured follow-up systems
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of hitting conversion or retention numbers
  • Ability to coordinate across teams (consultants, marketing) without dropping details
