Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Female Pre-Sales Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive site visit conversions for our premium residential project Mark IX.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns (Meta Ads, landing page, etc.)
• Make outbound calls to generated leads and database
• Qualify prospects based on budget, requirement & timeline
• Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team
• Maintain daily follow-up and lead tracking
• Update CRM regularly with call status and remarks
• Build strong first-level customer relationship

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
• 1–3 years experience in real estate / telecalling / sales
• Strong communication skills , English ( Hight Quality ) Hindi and Local Language 
• Target-oriented mindset

Location : Site Office – Mark IX, Marsur Gate
