Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Field work role involving regular customer visits. Visit customers daily based on company-provided leads. Communicate with customers and schedule visits accordingly. Generate new leads and explain solar products and services to customers. Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility analysis. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend daily meetings with the Sales Manager and discuss daily planning. Take regular follow-ups with customers and convert leads into sales. Prepare and share quotations after customer visits based on discussions. Maintain proper records of leads, visits, and sales updates in CRM. Collect customer payments (cash) and submit to the company on the same day or next day without delay. Submit end-of-day reports to the Sales Manager
