Job Description
Responsibilities:
- 📸 Instagram: Daily posting of new saree collections, Reels, and Stories.
- 💬 WhatsApp: Handling B2C customer inquiries and broadcast lists.
- 📦 Order Processing: Managing orders from social media and coordinating for dispatch.
- 🤝 Customer Support: Ensuring quick replies to keep the "Conversion Rate" high.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp.
- Fluent in Gujarati & Hindi (English is a plus).
- Previous experience in the Sarees/Textile industry is highly preferred.
- Must be active, creative, and polite with customers.
