🧾 Job Summary:

Inext Securities Automation is looking for dynamic and result-driven Techno-Commercial professionals who can visit industrial plants, interact with clients, understand their requirements, and generate business enquiries for security and automation solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industrial plants, factories, and project sites to identify opportunities
• Generate new enquiries and business leads
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals/quotations
• Coordinate with the technical team for solution design and execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into orders
• Maintain proper reporting of visits, leads, and pipeline

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate (Electrical / Electronics / IT / Marketing preferred)
• Freshers with good communication OR experienced candidates can apply
• Basic understanding of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Networking systems is a plus

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Basic technical understanding of security systems
• Sales and lead generation mindset
• Confidence in client interaction and presentations
• Basic MS Excel & email communication skills

🚗 Additional Requirements:

• Valid ID
• Comfortable with frequent plant visits and field work

💼 Experience:

• 0–3 Years (Sales / Technical / Field Experience preferred)

• As per Industry Standard’s & based on experience
