Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Solar EPC business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships for residential and commercial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and local marketing activities.
- Promote rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Explain project benefits, subsidy schemes, EMI options, and ROI to customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for project execution.
- Follow up with customers for sales closure and payment collection.
- Build relationships with channel partners, builders, and local businesses.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (solar industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and government subsidy schemes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
