Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves managing a designated production line, coordinating with fellow Production Supervisors, and providing regular updates and reports to the Production Head.
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the assigned production line.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met.
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Minimize downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
