Job Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound calling
• Communicate with customers and sellers in Hindi & English
• Explain company services and resolve customer queries
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Support seller registration and onboarding process
• Maintain daily calling reports and customer records
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Provide excellent customer support and communication
Required Skills• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Telecalling or BPO experience is preferred
• Freshers can also apply
