Job PurposeThe Telesales Executive is responsible for promoting Balmitra Kids Zone products and franchise opportunities, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer support through telephone, WhatsApp, and digital communication.
- Key Responsibilities1. Customer SalesContact customers who have enquired about Balmitra Kids Zone products.
- Explain toys, games, gifts, educational products, and current offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on age and budget.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- 2. Franchise Lead GenerationContact individuals interested in opening a Balmitra Kids Zone franchise.
- Explain the franchise model, investment, benefits, and company support.
- Schedule meetings with the Business Development Team.
- Maintain proper records of all franchise enquiries and follow-ups.
- 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with customers.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, seasonal collections, festival offers, and birthday gift packages.
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect customer feedback after every purchase.
- 4. Order & Follow-upConfirm product availability.
- Coordinate with the store and dispatch team.
- Track order status and update customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- 5. Data ManagementUpdate customer and franchise enquiry details in CRM/ERP or Excel.
- Maintain records of calls, WhatsApp conversations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Submit Daily Work Report (DWR).
- Daily ResponsibilitiesMake 100–120 outbound calls.
- Respond to all incoming enquiries.
- Complete all scheduled follow-ups.
- Send product catalogues, price lists, and offers via WhatsApp.
- Generate new customer and franchise leads.
- Update CRM before closing the day.

- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass.
- Graduate Preferred.
- Experience in Telesales, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or Franchise Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
