Job Description

We are looking for a Female Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in payment recovery, collection, or follow-up calling and be confident in communicating with customers to ensure timely payment collections.


  • Requirements:Previous experience in recovery/collections is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle payment follow-up calls professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  • Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate follow-up records.
