Job Title: Agency Manager – Agency Channel (Health Insurance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency Manager to recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors while driving health insurance sales through the agency channel. The candidate should possess strong leadership, recruitment, and sales management skills to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit quality Insurance Advisors/Agents as per company norms.

Activate newly recruited advisors and ensure early productivity.

Train advisors on health insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.

Conduct joint field calls to support advisors in closing business.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Drive advisor productivity, retention, and engagement.

Generate business through the agency network.

Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.

Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and persistency.

Monitor daily sales activities through MIS and reports.

Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and recruitment drives.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

1–5 years of experience in Agency Sales (Health/Life Insurance preferred).

Strong recruitment, sales, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to travel for field work.
