Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Dealer Development Executive to expand our electric scooter dealership network across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealer partners, managing dealer appointments, conducting market research, and supporting dealer onboarding and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and appoint new dealers in assigned territories.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Evaluate dealer prospects based on business potential and investment capability.
- Coordinate dealership onboarding, documentation, and agreement processes.
- Support dealer setup, branding, and launch activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
- Provide product and sales training to dealer teams.
- Monitor dealer performance and support achievement of sales targets.
- Submit regular market intelligence and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3years of experience in dealer development, channel sales, automobile, EV, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Area Sales Manager (ASM)Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage dealer operations for our electric scooter business across Maharashtra. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing dealer relationships, and leading territory development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop the dealer network across Maharashtra.
- Identify and appoint new dealers to strengthen market coverage.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews.
- Monitor dealer performance, inventory, and retail sales.
- Implement sales and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead, motivate, and support the field sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts and submit management reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 3–10 years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler, or channel sales.
- Proven experience in dealer network management and business development.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
