Job Description

Satguru Food Product is looking for an energetic FMCG Sales Executive to drive growth, manage distributors, and expand our retail presence across Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and its surrounding talukas.


Key Responsibilities

 * Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.

 * Manage existing distributors and appoint new ones to ensure smooth stock movement.

 * Visit local kirana stores, bakeries, and supermarkets daily to boost retail sales.

 * Maximize product visibility and execute local promotional activities.

 * Track timely payment collections and submit daily sales reports (DSR).


Requirements

 * 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG or food industry.

 * Strong local market knowledge of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and nearby talukas.

 * Fluency in Marathi and Hindi.

 * Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for daily field visits.
