🧾 Job Title - Insurance Sales Manager – Front Line Sales (FLS)
Location- All Over Mumbai in Life, Health And General Insurance Company
🎯 Role Overview :-
An Insurance Sales Manager in Front Line Sales is responsible for driving insurance sales through a team of agents/advisors, meeting business targets, and expanding the customer base. This is a field-intensive, target-driven role focused on revenue generation and team management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:-
1. Team Recruitment & Development :-
- Recruit insurance advisors/agents.
- Train and onboard new hires on products and sales processes.
- Continuously coach the team to improve performance.
2. Sales Target Achievement:-
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Drive team productivity and ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs.
3. Business Development:-
- Generate leads through personal network and team.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential customers and partners.
4. Field Sales Management :-
- Accompany agents on sales calls (joint field work).
- Support closing of high-value deals.
- Ensure proper customer engagement and follow-ups.
5. Customer Relationship Management :-
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues.
6. Product Knowledge & Compliance:-
- Ensure team understands insurance products (life/general/health)
- Follow regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting :-
- Track daily/weekly sales activities
- Prepare reports for management
- Analyse gaps and implement corrective actions.

- Sales revenue / premium collection
- Number of active agents
- Agent productivity (policies per agent)
