Job Description
We are a dental aligner manufacturing company looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell clear dental aligner solutions to dentists, orthodontists, clinics, and hospitals. The candidate will be responsible for business development, relationship management, and brand promotion in the assigned territory.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell clear dental aligner products to:
- Dentists
- Orthodontists
- Dental clinics & hospitals
- Generate new leads and onboard dental professionals
- Conduct product presentations & demos at clinics
- Maintain strong doctor & channel partner relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and production teams for case follow-ups
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Plan and execute marketing activities (CMEs, dental camps, exhibitions)
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and follow-up records
- 🎓 Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in:
- Marketing / Business Administration
- Life Sciences / Dental / Healthcare (preferred)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Ability to explain technical dental products clearly
- Field-oriented, result-driven, and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
- Two-wheeler required (field sales role)
- 🧠 Experience1–5 years experience in:
- Dental / Medical device sales
- Pharma / Healthcare marketing
- (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
