🌱 About the RoleJoin a fast-growing agri-tech company revolutionizing India's fresh fruit supply chain. We are looking for a Supply Associate (Pomegranate) to manage farmer sourcing, procurement operations, and supply aggregation across the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar region.

This is a field-intensive role ideal for candidates with experience in agriculture, mandi operations, procurement, farmer engagement, or rural supply chain management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Build and maintain relationships with pomegranate farmers, traders, and aggregators

✅ Conduct farm visits and assess crop quality, harvest readiness, and volumes

✅ Source pomegranate supply as per business demand and quality requirements

✅ Coordinate harvesting, collection, grading, and dispatch activities

✅ Track daily procurement volumes and maintain accurate field records

✅ Negotiate procurement rates and ensure smooth farmer onboarding

✅ Collaborate with operations and quality teams for timely movement of produce

✅ Monitor local mandi trends, crop arrivals, and competitor activities

👨‍🌾 Candidate Requirements

✔ Graduate in Agriculture, Commerce, Business, or related field

✔ 1–4 years of experience in procurement, mandi operations, agri-supply chain, field sourcing, or farmer engagement

✔ Strong understanding of pomegranate cultivation and local agriculture ecosystem preferred

✔ Fluent in Marathi and Hindi

✔ Comfortable with extensive field travel

✔ Basic smartphone and Excel skills

✔ Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
