Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities in Avadi, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction work, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction site operations
• Manage and coordinate laborers and subcontractors
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project timelines
• Monitor material usage and maintain site records
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and report progress to management
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle site challenges and multitask
• Good communication and coordination skills
