Job Title:
Service Engineer – Air Compressors
Location: Punjab / Himachal Pradesh (Travel Required) (2 Wheeler Mandatory, expense per KM will be paid by us)
Department: Service & Aftermarket Operations
Reporting To: Service Team Leader / Service Manager
About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our compressor service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and customer support for industrial air compressor systems. The role requires extensive field visits and direct interaction with customers across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Operations
Carry out installation and commissioning of air compressors and associated equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance as per service schedules.
Attend breakdown calls and diagnose faults in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
Ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency of customer equipment.
Conduct performance testing and equipment health assessments.
Customer Support Provide technical support and recommendations to customers.
Explain maintenance requirements and best operating practices to customers.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and represent the company positively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely closure of service complaints.
