Assembly Line Operator

Position: Brake Assembly Line Operator

Department: Production

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Line Leader

Qualification

• Minimum 10th or 12th Pass
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly line operations will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble brake components as per work instructions and quality standards.
• Perform visual inspection of parts before and after assembly.
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly fixtures as required.
• Maintain production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality requirements.
• Identify and report defects, abnormalities, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards at the workstation.
• Support packaging, material handling, and line activities as assigned.

• Basic understanding of mechanical parts and assembly processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Physically fit to work in a production environment.
