Job Description:

RIIMS Hospitals is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow the hospital’s online presence across social media, Google, Meta ads, SEO, lead generation, and digital branding. The candidate should have practical experience in running campaigns, generating quality leads, managing social media content, and improving online visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for RIIMS Hospitals

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms

- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation

- Manage Google Ads campaigns if required

- Plan content calendar for reels, posts, videos, patient education, and awareness campaigns

- Coordinate with video editors, designers, doctors, and content team

- Generate quality leads for hospital services and doctor consultations

- Track ad performance, CPL, lead quality, and campaign ROI

- Work on SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic

- Manage Google Business Profile and online reviews

- Monitor competitor activity and healthcare marketing trends

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

- Improve brand awareness and digital presence of RIIMS Hospitals

- Ensure all marketing content follows healthcare advertising ethics and brand guidelines

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

- Basic to advanced knowledge of Google Ads preferred

- Social media management experience required

- Understanding of SEO, keywords, and website traffic growth

- Content planning and campaign strategy skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics tools

- Ability to manage leads and coordinate with sales/calling team

- Good communication and team coordination skills

- Healthcare, clinic, hospital, or wellness marketing experience will be a plus

- Creative mindset with result-oriented approach

Eligibility:

- Graduate preferred

- Digital marketing course/certification will be a plus

- Minimum 1 year experience preferred

- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and portfolio can also apply

- Age: 21 to 40 years preferred

Salary:

₹18,000 to ₹36,000 per month, based on skills, experience, interview, and performance.

Working Hours:

Day shift. Final timing will be discussed during the interview.
