Job Description
Job Title: QC Engineer (Welding Electrodes & Consumables Manufacturing)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer with strong knowledge of product inspection, manufacturing processes, and audit systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform mechanical testing and analyze test results
- Monitor defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Handle internal and external audits of manufacturing processes
- Ensure adherence to relevant standards for welding electrodes and consumables
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality
- Use quality tools, inspection instruments, and testing equipment effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes
- Experience in mechanical testing and defect analysis
- Familiarity with welding electrodes/consumables (preferred)
- Good understanding of audit procedures (internal & external)
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation/report preparation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Quick learner with attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to understand and implement industry standards
- Experience with inspection instruments and quality tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
