Job Title: E-commerce Executive – Handloom Showroom

Location: Bahadurgarh

Salary: 20k-25k

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Executive for our handloom showroom who can manage online sales platforms and enhance our digital presence. The candidate should have good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (upload, update, pricing, descriptions)

Handle online orders, returns, and customer queries

Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for order processing and dispatch

Ensure proper product images and descriptions are maintained

Monitor stock levels and update inventory online

Work on increasing online sales and improving customer experience

Requirements:

Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)

Basic understanding of product listing and online order management

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in handloom/textile industry is a plus

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling)

Immediate joiners preferred.
