WE ARE HIRING | Production Manager – PEB

SMODI INFRASTEEL PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure timely execution of production with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

📍 Location: Rohad Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh, Haryana (Delhi NCR)

Experience Required

► 5–12 + Years in PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication Industry

Key Responsibilities

✔ Overall responsibility for complete fabrication shop operations.

✔ Lead and manage Production Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and Shop Floor Teams.

✔ Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

✔ Coordinate with PPC, Design, Purchase, Quality, Store, Dispatch, and Site teams.

✔ Ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of all projects.

✔ Monitor manpower productivity, machine utilization, and production efficiency.

✔ Optimize production processes to reduce wastage and improve output.

✔ Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and fabrication specifications.

✔ Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping across the plant.

✔ Analyze production reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

✔ Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and minimize production losses.

✔ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production activities.

✔ PEB Manufacturing

✔ Structural Steel Fabrication

✔ Built-up Section Fabrication

✔ CNC Plasma Cutting

✔ CNC Drilling

✔ Welding & Assembly

✔ Shot Blasting & Painting

✔ Purlin Manufacturing

✔ Production Planning & Scheduling

✔ Material Planning & Resource Allocation

✔ Reading GA & Fabrication Drawings

✔ ERP / MS Excel Reporting

Desired Skills

Qualification

► B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Production Engineering or equivalent.
