Job Description

Collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and office materials

Visiting banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other banking work

Submission and collection of documents from government departments, offices, and clients

Handling courier dispatch and receiving

Assisting in procurement of office supplies and small purchases

Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office-related work

Supporting factory/site visits as required

Maintaining records of field visits and submitted documents

Ensuring timely completion of assigned outdoor tasks

Assisting office staff in day-to-day operational activities
