Job Title: Education Counsellor - B2B EdTech Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Counsellor to join our B2B EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the B2B sector. This role involves engaging with educational institutions, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify potential clients' challenges and opportunities in adopting EdTech solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the EdTech space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
