Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can effectively convert leads into admissions. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, providing course information, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring successful enrollment through consistent follow-ups and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Convert generated leads into confirmed admissions by explaining courses, career opportunities, and institute benefits.
• Invite and schedule student visits to the institute for counseling and campus orientation.
• Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions with students and parents to help them choose suitable programs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.
• Maintain and update lead and student data in the admission records or CRM system.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission operations.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales and counseling ability.
• Ability to handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Education).
• 0–3 years of experience in admission counseling, tele-calling, or education sales (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

Preferred Qualities:

• Target-driven and confident personality.
• Friendly and professional approach while dealing with students and parents.
• Interest in the education or event management industry.
