Job Description
An Academic Counsellor helps prospective students choose courses, explains application rules, and converts inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Guide students and parents via phone, email, or in-person meetings on course options, career paths, and admission criteria.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inquiry databases, drive conversion targets, and log interaction updates in CRM tools.
- Application Support: Review application forms and ensure correct paperwork, fees, and test scores are submitted on time.
- Outreach Events: Represent the school or university at education fairs, school visits, and campus orientation sessions.
