G1 Cabs is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to manage online travel inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and provide excellent customer support throughout the journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and the confidence to resolve customer issues during trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle online leads from Google, website, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed cab, tempo traveller, and tour package bookings.
• Prepare quotations and explain pricing, packages, and travel plans.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and the operations team.
• Confirm bookings and ensure all trip details are shared with customers.
• Provide real-time support during trips and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and emergency situations professionally.
• Maintain customer records and update booking status in the CRM or booking system.
• Follow up with pending leads to maximize conversions.
• Request customer reviews after successful trip completion.
