Furniture Designer

1.    Client Group Formation and Senior Management Coordination:

o  Collaborate with the client to establish a dedicated project group post-contract award.

o  Include senior management representatives from both the client's organization and our company to ensure effective communication and decision-making.

2.    Drawing Drafting, Study and Final Approval:

o  Thoroughly review initial design drawings and specifications or draft drawings in 2D and 3D as per client requirement if required.

o  Coordinate with the client to address any discrepancies or modifications required for final approval.

o  Ensure alignment with client requirements, project scope, and manufacturing capabilities.

3.    Layout Suggestions and Site Coordination:

o  Analyze site dimensions, constraints, and architectural plans to propose suitable furniture layouts.

o  Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to optimize space utilization and functionality.

o  Seek client input and approval on proposed layouts to ensure alignment with their vision and requirements.

4.    Sample Product Approval Process:

o  Develop prototype samples based on approved drawings and specifications.

o  Facilitate client review and feedback sessions to gather input on sample products.

o  Incorporate necessary changes or enhancements to meet client expectations and project specifications.

o  Obtain formal approval from the client before proceeding with full-scale production.

5.    Sample Job Order Issuance:

o  Generate job orders for the production of sample products, detailing manufacturing instructions and quality standards.

o  Coordinate with the production department to schedule and prioritize sample production tasks.
