Project Manager / 2D Interior Designer

We are an award-winning interior design and turnkey execution company with over 3 decades of industry experience and an all-India presence. We specialize in premium residential, commercial, hospitality, restaurant, office, and fit-out projects with a strong focus on quality execution, detailing, and client satisfaction.

Currently, we are looking for 2 experienced professionals to join our growing team.

1. Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Execution

Experience Required:Minimum 10+ years in Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Execution Industry

Salary: ₹60,000+ per month (depending on experience and capability)

• Job Responsibilities: Complete handling of interior fit-out projects from start to handover
• Site coordination with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors
• Daily site monitoring, planning, and execution management
• Material planning and site progress tracking
• BOQ understanding, quantity verification, and estimation knowledge
• Handling manpower, quality control, finishing, and timelines
• Coordination for billing and site documentation
• Strong understanding of interior finishing works
• Required Knowledge: 95% Interior Fit-Out & Finishing Knowledge
• Basic Civil Work Knowledge (approx. 5%)
• Estimation and costing knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
• Candidate Requirements: Must have own vehicle (Bike or Car)
• Good communication and site management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently

2. 2D Interior Designer / Draftsman

Experience Required:Minimum 5+ years in Interior Designing Industry

Salary: 30,000+ (depending on experience and capability)

• Job Responsibilities: Preparation of detailed 2D interior drawings
• Space planning and layout option development
• Furniture layout, elevations, and sectional drawings
• Coordination drawings for execution purpose
• Preparing working drawings as per site requirements
• Coordination with project and execution teams
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good understanding of interior detailing and practical execution
• Ability to create multiple layout options and space planning concepts
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, office, and hospitality interiors preferred
