Role Summary

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of PVC moulding machines and utilities with focus on minimum downtime and fast problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle machine breakdowns quickly and effectively

  •  Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule

  •  Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC issues

  •  Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes

  •  Ensure smooth running of machines with minimal downtime

  •  Maintain maintenance logs and machine history

  •  Manage spare parts and coordinate with purchase

  •  Work closely with production team

Requirements

  •  Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics

  •  Marine Engineers strongly preferred

  •  5–12 years hands-on experience (moulding / industrial machines)

  •  Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC & electrical systems

  •  Practical, problem-solving mindset (not theoretical)
