Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production goals are met

Monitor workflow, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency

Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
