Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SMD Machine Operator to operate and maintain Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines for PCB assembly. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, quality output, and minimal downtime.

  • Operate SMD/SMT machines (Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Screen Printer)
  • Load components and feeders as per production plan
  • Set up machine programs and parameters
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Ensure proper alignment and placement of components on PCB
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
  • Maintain production records and reports
  • Follow safety and quality standards
