We are looking for plant manager/ factory manager with one of well established industrial, equipment manufacturer based at sector 39 Faridabad 

Position- Plant Manager/Factory Manager 

Qualification- Graduate 

Job Location-Bahadurgarh HR

Experience- 8-13 years 

Salary- 35-50k 

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.

• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.

• Minimize production downtime and improve productivity.

Quality Control

• Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.

• Coordinate with the Quality team to address production defects and corrective actions.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Management

• Supervise production supervisors, operators, and support staff.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to employees.

• Maintain discipline and employee engagement within the factory.

Maintenance & Safety

• Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

• Enforce workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.

• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor raw material consumption and inventory levels.

• Coordinate with procurement and stores departments.

• Control operational costs and reduce wastage.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

• Prepare production, efficiency, and performance reports for management.

• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing/factory operations.

• Proven experience in managing production teams and factory operations.
