Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bus operations.
  • Arrange drivers when needed.
  • Make sure buses run on time.
  • Coordinate with drivers and solve daily issues.
  • Ensure all work is completed properly.
  • Handle emergency situations and find quick solutions.
  • Maintain communication with drivers and management.
  • Monitor driver attendance and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and management skills.
  • Ability to get work done from drivers and staff.
  • Must keep phone switched on and be available for calls.
  • Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
  • Smart and able to solve problems quickly.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in transport or bus operations is preferred.
