Job Summary:

First Baby Care is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Logistics Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations for our online business. The candidate will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, courier coordination, delivery performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily e-commerce order processing and dispatch operations.

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries.

Monitor shipment tracking, delivery status, and return orders.

Handle inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.

Ensure order accuracy, packaging quality, and dispatch timelines.

Manage RTO (Return to Origin), exchanges, and customer delivery issues.

Analyze logistics performance and prepare operational reports.

Coordinate with sales, customer support, and warehouse teams.

Negotiate rates and service agreements with logistics partners.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in E-commerce Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Operations.

Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Shopify, etc.

Strong knowledge of courier aggregators and logistics systems.

Good analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

Ability to handle high-volume order operations.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Experience in baby care, FMCG, or retail e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
