Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery timelines.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and shift teams.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, and productivity.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
• 3–6+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale warehouses or distribution centers.
• Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management. 

Experience: 4–8+ years (can be adjusted based on requirement)
