Job Description

  • Manage ecommerce operations on all marketplaces
  • Team managment-Manging team of 6-7 people
  • Knowldge of ecommerce i.e. listing,A+ content, order processing, returns managment is must
  • Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
  • Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Data analytics knowledge is must
  • Responsible for complete ecommerce operations
  • Supervision of warehouse operations i.e. packing, dispatch of goods and returns
  • Godd knowledge of Excel functions
