About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Technical Coordinator – After Sales & Service to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving customer challenges. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional after-sales support, strengthening customer relationships, and maintaining our reputation for service excellence.



  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for industrial air blowers at customer sites.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues, recommend effective solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and outstanding after-sales support.
  • Make sound technical decisions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver prompt and effective service.
  • Guide and influence customers on preventive maintenance, product optimization, and service solutions to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
