Job Description

A female telecaller acts as the primary voice of a company, responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and handling inbound calls to drive sales, promote services, or address customer queries. Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, or set appointments.
  • Inbound Query Resolution: Handling incoming calls to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide information politely.
  • Sales & Targets: Persuading customers to purchase products/services to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Data Management: Maintaining detailed logs of customer conversations, updating databases, and following up on inquiries.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with clients to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Indeed +7

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages (e.g., Hindi, English, Kannada).
  • Soft Skills: Strong convincing power, negotiation skills, and ability to handle rejection calmly.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is usually preferred.
  • Technology: Basic knowledge of computers, CRM software, and telephone systems.
  • Education: Typically a high school diploma or higher.
