Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader (TL)/ Telecaller – Personal Loan (PL) & OD
Location: Noida Sector 02, B-10, Near Sector 15 Metro Station
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a sales team for Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD). The candidate will be responsible for team performance, target achievement, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage a team of sales executives/callers
Monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement
Provide training and motivation to team members
Generate leads and support team in closing deals
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approvals
Maintain daily reports and MIS
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed)

Requirements:
Minimum Graduate
1–3 years of team handling experience (Loan profile preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
